Our levels:
P0 - I am just starting my adventure with swimming.
P1 - I can already float on water, I can swim on my feet with a board and I try to do basic exercises.
P2 - basic abdominal and back exercises are not difficult, I am starting to swim full strokes - front crawl and backstroke. I am starting to practise my legs for the breaststroke.
P3 - I swim front crawl, backstroke and I am getting better at breaststroke! I want to improve these three strokes and learn the butterfly.
P4 - I swim well using all four strokes, I want to perfect them and practise a little.
